MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

RESERVATIONS: We
recommend that you reserve
your next appointment time prior to leaving the
salon, so that you are guaranteed the ideal date and
time that best fits your schedule. We also request 24 hour notice for
appointment cancellation.
“YOUR” GUEST: If someone is accompanying you to
your appointment, please understand that all guests
must remain in the waiting area, so that our staff can
focus on you! For your peace of mind, and that of
other guests, we ask that you please bring children to
the salon only if they have an appointment.
SPECIAL OCCASION/WEDDING: Because of the
special care and time we allow for our Special Occasion
Guest, a deposit of $30 for each person will be required.
Deposit will be applied on the day of service. A 48-hour
notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund of
deposit.
HAIR ADDITIONS: For many men and women who
suffer hair loss, we offer non-surgical additions, in a
private environment. Add length or volume, or fill in
baldness. Consultations are free and required.
Deposits are required for all replacement orders and for
reserving all extension appointments. A 48-hour
notice of cancellation is required to receive refund of
deposit for extensions.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: All
of our professional products
are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
a purchased product, you can return it for store credit.
CELL PHONES:
New Attitude Hair Salon
requests that you please silence all cell phones when entering
the salon out of respect for all guests and staff. We thank you
for refraining from using phones while being serviced.
PERSONAL CHECKS: Personal checks are gladly
accepted. New Attitude Hair Salon requires
a valid ID or SS#, D.O.B., & a physical address in
order to accept a check. A $35 charge will be
added for any returned check and could jeopardize your check writing privileges.
Coffee and water are available for our guests. Please help yourself. Sodas are also available for $0.50.
