ASSOCIATE: 
First 9 months being coached under a Level 4 Service Provider.

LEVEL 1: 
One year of experience (under supervision of Cheryl or Master).

LEVEL 2: 
Has 1-3 years experience and has completed education quota. 

LEVEL 3: 
Business has met salon criteria based on growth to move up. 

LEVEL 4:  Has become in demand based on 80% booked. 

LEVEL 4A:  Level 4 working with one associate.

LEVEL 4AA:  Level 4 working with two associates.

LEVEL MASTER:  Books out 4-6 weeks in advance.
